- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic recruiter to join our HR Recruitment Solution company.
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment and be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company��s staffing needs.
Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:
- Utilize various recruitment methods to source potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
Candidate Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain a strong network of qualified candidates.
- Manage the candidate experience to ensure a positive hiring process.
- Communicate effectively with candidates and provide timely feedback.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
- Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
- Develop recruitment strategies to attract diverse candidates.
- Assist in designing and implementing recruiting programs.
Recruitment Analytics:
- Track and report key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
